Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
I am the current violinist for Bunk Buddha. I have been playing violin since the age of 3 and was classically trained under the instruction of Ronald Mutchnik for most of my life until I attended college. I enjoyed classical instruction in piano from the age of 4 until 14, when I decided to focus on the violin.
During my time at the University of Maryland (studying Computer Science and Geospatial Sciences) I was introduced to improvisational playing, and began aggressively expanding my musical tastes and improvisational skills playing with as many instruments and musical genres as possible.
After obtaining a B.S. in Geospatial Sciences, I now currently work full-time as an IT Specialist while pursuing and expanding my musical work on the side. My dream is to work full-time as a musician, while using any platform I have available as an outreach tool for environmental and mental health activism.
I enjoy yoga, meditation, dancing, outdoor activities, and connecting people through shared experiences.
